The SL-150AC was designed to meet the demands of gate installers who want a gate operator that can handle heavy traffic, commercial/industrial heavy doors and/or extreme weather conditions. The combination of its heavy duty frame, reliable gearbox and powerful AC motor make even the most challenging installations simple and easy. The SL-150AC has the option of ½ HP and 1HP motors capable of moving up to 1,500 lb. and 2,500 lb. gates, respectively. -Also available in a DC version with full time battery backup and a brushless DC motor ( SL-150 DC ) AC operators come with the simplest and most dependable control board in the industry that’s backwards compatible. A powerful and durable motor that has been field tested for over 20 years. Majority of AC operators now include an emergency foot pedal release and a built-in loop rack.
